I also want to add that I too am very emotional!!! I have no control over it and it sucks! I cried when I went for my EGD! Make sure you have someone with you that's good at distraction. Message me any time... I am happy to chat with you!

Real anxiety is preferable to the artificial type. You'll be fine. You will.

Here's my usual advice for the morning of. Change the sheets in the morning before you head out the door. It will occupy your mind for a few minutes and you'll come home to a fresh bed.
