SaraGrace 3 Posted July 11, 2016 (edited) I'm on the pureed stage for two weeks and I'm starting to struggle. I've been craving real food and getting kind of emotional. I wasn't given any recipes to make just a short list of things I can have. If anyone would like to take a look and if they have suggestions or ideas that would be greatly appreciated. I'm no where close to a chef or creative when it comes to food. Edited July 11, 2016 by SaraGrace
yeaaahBEE 29 Posted July 11, 2016 I just made this today for my puréed food stage. Look up ricotta bake for bariatrics on google for the recipe. You can also look up recipes on Pintrest, just type puréed food recipes.< /p> Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I'm nervous to do it and mess something up.

SaraGrace 3 Posted July 11, 2016 @@SaraGrace are you on puree stage or full liquids? In my packet I was given its labeled full liquids, but I'm aloud to have blended Soups, so I assume that means I can have pureed. Starting the 19th I will move to my next stage which is "soft foods"

chycky 671 Posted July 11, 2016 On my full liquids my biggest addition was cottage cheese and yogurt. I didn't really bother with 4 oz of creamy Soup, the other addition.
