ms_e2u 2 Posted July 9, 2016 I was sleeved 6/29 and I'm not starving but I do feel physically hungry. My surgeon still has me on full liquids but nothing seems to be curving the hungry. It seems as though 90% of what I'm allowed to have is sweet and I don't do sweets like that. I'm Soup and broth'd out, any other suggestions on what I can eat?? The Protein shakes are disgusting to me and the consistency makes me want to puke, LOL. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
fsulady 36 Posted July 9, 2016 I completely agree with you! I am tired of having this horrible sugar substitutes taste in my mouth! Just counting the days until purée Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
gsleevenewbie 4 Posted July 9, 2016 I have the same issue. Surgery 06/30. liquids has been pretty unpleasant. I have been trying different cream based Soups so I don't go nuts....but that can be tricky too because my stomach doesn't tolerate all cream based Soups the same. 3 days til purée. m.simpson88 56 Posted July 10, 2016 Try taking fat free refried Beans and thinning it out to a Soup like consistency with beef or chicken broth and add a little taco seasoning. It really helped me.

abreland 10 Posted July 10, 2016 Protein substitutes to add to broths? I'm meeting my surgeon Monday but I've been doing my homework and started weening my self off of carbonated caffeine loaded drinks. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
