Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted July 9, 2016 Can someone tell me how to get over this weightloss stall I'm experiencing? I'm very discouraged! I don't overeat! Sent from my LG-D851 using the BariatricPal App Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight. None of us lose weight at a constant or steady rate. We all experience periodic stalls and just about everyone experiences a stall about three weeks after surgery. It is very common. Just follow your program. Track your food. Make sure you get at least 64 oz of Fluid every day. Focus on reaching your Protein target. What is your Protein target? Mine is 100 grams a day. Avoid starches, added sugars (especially high fructose corn syrup), and fried foods. Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed. Exercise when cleared. And, Embrace the Stall http://BariatricPal.com/index.php?/topic/351046-Embrace-the-Stall.
