Clear liquids and recovery on top of a bunch of other life circumstances but today I went for my one week follow up and I am 18 pounds down!!!! That was so worth the hard week I'm so excited to be on the losing side!!! I maybe miserable while trying to change the way I eat but at least I'm not actually hungry!
