It's coming up quick. @@hopefulvspgirl my pre-op includes 1 week of two shakes a day with a low carb meal, and then two weeks with three shakes a day. Deborah Bennett 81 Posted July 9, 2016 I have a tentative date for Aug 8th. The Dr didn't feel I would have any problem after finishing my nutrional class. It is this thurday then my ins will be notify will my reports. The surgeon 's office believes it would take no longer than 2 weeks for approval. We gave a 3week window.
