Protein Shakes

I have a question for you guys.... I've started drinking Protein shakes (Premier Protein) but becasue of the Iron in the shakes they constipate me. Do any of you have had this issue with your shakes? If so what has helped you?

@@motherboard sometimes I get constipated and I love using the "smooth move" teas at night to help, always works for me and not too harsh. I know there are other threads on here about Constipation and others find that Fiber or medications like colace or Miralax work but I love my Smooth Move tea!

That's weird that they do that to you. Protein Shakes always go right through me!

I buy the tea at any grocery store. Smooth Move. They are wonderful!

Miralax is my savior for constipation.. goes down easy.. works without cramping me .. doesn't cause an urgent run to the bathroom
