Anyone lost their band after having TT

I was just curious to see if anyone got banded, met their goal weight, had a TT and then lost their band? If so, were you able to maintain the weight loss?

OHH. I don't know anyone has who had a TT after the band and losing all the weight. I also am the only one in my immediate area who has had the band. Most people get bypass here. ANYWAY, from what my surgeon told me, and she is amazing and knows a lot about this, if you have the band taken off, people tend to gain all or most of the weight back. Maybe you should consult with a bariatric surgeon to see what they think.
