Learned another lesson....

Absolutely do not push it with eating. I had Halo Top ice cream which has good Protein in it. Couple bites too many and I was sick as a dog!!!!!

I haven't posted much lately. My sleep study went well. Blood tests, chest X-ray and ultrasound on Thursday morning. Therapy appointment on January 31st. Hoping for surgery in March when I can (hopefully) have my out of pocket money saved up! On the right track, but very nervous for when they send my stuff to insurance.

I'm doing really well staying busy sipping and getting all my Protein and Water in. lol it's a full time job but so far so good. I'm feeling great! Tomorrow is my one week mark down 12 lbs.
