post-286600-14675993904045_thumb.jpgI made a delicious miso glazed black cod from the nobu recipe on the web. I marinated overnight in just some low sodium soy and miso. And ginger. Then paired with baby bok Choy, 1 brown mushroom and 1 chanterelle. But I cooked the fish the way the recipe says (3 min a side and then 5 min on a 400 degree oven.
