Pre-op Diet Exhaustion

I am lucky, I only have to do 5 days of the diet with 5 premier Protein shakes daily. Today is my last day and I am so tired. Tomorrow is clear liquid diet and I'm afraid I won't be able to take my son to the museum like I planned. What will life be like after surgery, will I always be tired?

@@chellevsg I am thinking being off my ADHD medication has something to do with it. I figure I can handle a couple weeks of exhaustion if it really is the more solid foods giving me energy

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.
