jgeldmacher 42 Posted July 3, 2016 (edited) I can't even eat 5 wings. I had 4 and was full. Crazy. With as little as I eat, I thought I'd lose weight faster. My doctor says I'm losing at a good pace, so I'm going to trust him. I just wish it was faster. MzStockton 182 Posted July 4, 2016 I agree you're loosing at a great rate. Don't want to loose to fast, give your body adequate time to catch up. Plus I noticed throughout my journey it's not so much of how much you consume it's what you consume. Great work!
OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted July 4, 2016 @@jgeldmacher What are your calories at? A tall guy like you should have enough muscle that 100 grams of Protein a day is your bare minimum per day. Your target should probably be 120-130. 1 changingforme reacted to this
Sophie74656 1,572 Posted July 4, 2016 how is eating a couple of wings post op crazy? The whole reason to get the sleeve is to have restriction and not to be able to eat a lot. You are doing fine. Any loss is good. 1 dreamingsmall reacted to this

Banded2003NYC 55 Posted August 3, 2017 I eat about 900 calories a day. For a man your size you should increase the calories to 1,200 - 1,300 if you're working out at least 3x per week and you're guaranteed to see the scale move.
