reree6898 1,164 Posted July 5, 2016 You look great! Can I ask, what type of exercises did you do and how frequently? Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G930A using the BariatricPal App I have been doing the treadmill and I have some hand weights that I do a routine with in my living room on alternating days. I have also been taking the stairs at work and things like just parking further from the door wherever I go. I honestly haven't been like killing myself with exercise but have been doing 45 minutes to an hour of some type of movement about 5-6 days a week.

I have been increasing my walking already and will try to incorporate some type of workout at home. Just wanted to see if it was more beneficial to join a gym, which I really didn't want to have to do.
