4 month weight loss

Good Morning!!

I'm planning my sleeve in August and have a large trip planned mid-December, and I'm wondering how much ya'll had lost in about the first four months. My NUT said that she thinks Id be looking at about 40-50. Im currently 270.

I know everyone is different but I'm trying to get an idea of clothing sizes while summer items are on sale now.

Think 10lbs = -1 size smaller, I'd buy things 4 or 5 sizes smaller than you are now

The nurse told us yesterday that the first four months are the fastest weight loss months, then it switches to slow and steady. She said the work begins after 4 months. Change ups are good. Stay with the program

I lost 28lb pre-surgery, and am now 4 months post-surgery and lost another 33lb since surgery, 61lb in all.
