I have Cigna as well they said it could take up to 15 business days for my decision and they literally took all 15 days.. I hope yours moves a lot faster then mine did..

I called Cigna to see if they have received the paperwork, and they haven't

My patient advocate lied and did not submit my paperwork on Friday like she said she did ☹️☹️☹️ she said she will "try" and submit it today.
