I'm stalled, (I think, havent weighed in a few days) and then upon Googling I noticed that it's a very common concern, especially around the 3 week mark. However, I can tell in how my clothes are fitting that I'm doing just fine. Do read @@Inner Surfer Girls link; great info from her there.
