Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted June 30, 2016 None of us lose at a constant or steady rate. Everyone experiences periodic stalls and slow downs and just about everyone experiences a stall about three weeks after surgery. Just follow your program. Focus on getting in all of your Protein and fluids. Take your Vitamins and supplements as directed. Avoid starches, added sugars (especially high fructose corn syrup), and fried foods. Exercise when cleared. Stay off the scale. And, Embrace the Stall! Bufflehead 6,358 Posted June 30, 2016 You've lost over 30 lbs in just a little over a month and you feel like you are in a rut? What were you expecting, exactly? That's WAY more than I lost in my first month and my surgeon was super pleased with my results and told me I was doing much better than average.

KristenLe 5,979 Posted June 30, 2016 I'd be dancing in the streets if I lost 31 lbs in a month! Just stay with the plan - you're doing great!
