I have been sticking to my 4 oz's 3 times a day but lately I feel like my body is telling me that I need more. I don't know if that is natural or if I am stressing and my instinct to to go towards food. Can anyone assist? Is it natural at some point to feel like you need more than 4 oz 3x a day? KristenLe 5,979 Posted June 30, 2016 I'm preop but my plan says to eat 5-6 times a day. I think it would depend on what you're eating too. Are you eating dense Protein that satisfies for longer? kimb926 31 Posted June 30, 2016 Thanks! I have been eating almost 90 grams of Protein everyday. I only eat Protein and vegetables. No starchy veggies, no carbs, no sugar, no fruits. Bufflehead 6,358 Posted June 30, 2016 I personally think it's a mistake to believe that your body is sending you messages about what to eat and those messages will result in weight loss. Your body, sadly, does not want you slim and healthy. Your body wants you sick and obese just like you used to be. Stick to having daily targets for calories, carbs, and Protein and don't let your obesity-craving body fool you. Listening to our bodies and eating the way they told us to was what got us all needing weight loss surgery in the first place.
