OutsideMatchInside 10,166 Posted June 29, 2016 If you are on soft foods, you can have grilled or baked fish from just about any place. I wouldn't eat chicken nuggets any place except chik fil a. They have 28g of Protein and low carbs grilled or fried. The nuggets at burger King for example are 2x the calories, less Protein and 2x the carbs. All food isn't equal. Check the menu and nutrition of any resturant before you go in. If it isn't a chain with that information posted then order a salad with protein and just eat the protein.
