Vitamin patch?

I have been using the Patches advertised on this site. I haven't hit my 3 months yet, but will soon have my blood work. Has anyone else used these, and did they work?

My doctor at kaiser says the patch is not good enough, we need to ingest our Vitamins

Yea no Patches, it's better to get the dissolved or liquid Vitamins. That way you can really know it's working. The Patches are hit or miss

I just bought a 3 month supply because I just can't do the pills. I feel better about getting them now. I'm wearing my first one today.

How are your diets? I'm 7 weeks post-op and I'm having 3 Protein shakes and one small meal. A meat, a veggie & a fruit.< /p>

I'm 8 months out and do one Protein shake a day 2 meals and 2 Snacks. I'm about 700 -900 calories a day and 60-90 grams Protein a day. I still take the patch even thou I am able to swallow pills because it's just so easy

Turns out my Patches didn't cut the mustard, needed more Iron and D.
