BigReid21 94 Posted June 25, 2016 I am 11 days post op and all I wanna do is a friggin push up. Not supposed to workout but I'm dying to just do some push-ups. berrythomas 28 Posted June 25, 2016 If you lift to early you have a high chance of opening a staple line. Just walk as much as you can every day. The weight training will come.
