CoffeeAllie 1 Posted June 24, 2016 I'm looking for help. I was doing well for a few years after surgery but life happened and I got COMPLETELY off track. I've moved and the local practice at last check wanted $3000 to follow me. Needless to say I didn't go since I couldn't afford them. I've been following different sites and just have a hard time with coming up with the money for multiple shakes on a daily basis. I work 6 days a week between 8-12hrs a day or more. The one thing I want to do on my day off is REST not exercise. Exercise it the last thing I want to do at all after putting in so many hours in a day and week. Any suggestion would be welcomed. Please don't berate me. I'm human. I fell off and now I need help getting back on the right track. Thank you.
