4th week pre op

I get pretty hungry. Not digging my shakes. Eating small. Kinda at a weight stall. 16lbs only. Any advice please.

My pre op allowed lite Soup. If you can find a unflavored Protein powered you can mix into that to help you get your Protein in. I found to if I drank my Protein shake fast it would fill me up. The first few days were the hardest just stick with it. Also you might try drinking something warm or hot.

Are you required to lose a certain amount? The pre-op diet is for shrinking your liver - not necessarily weight loss. You need to drink plenty of fluids and get some Protein. What are you allowed to eat?
