KristenLe 5,979 Posted June 22, 2016 I was wondering if anyone has tried to make popsicles with Syntrax nectar or some similar Protein drink? Can anyone think of a reason that freezing would be a problem - or effect the Protein? Just trying to see if I could come up with a popsicle that would provide protein too - since I seem to be somewhat addicted to sugar free popsicles. Thanks! The World According to Eggface site has recipes for protein ice cream, and she doesn't seem to have any issues with that. Let us know if you try it, and how it works for you! suzzzzz 1,005 Posted July 13, 2016 Met with my surgeon today and after I told him I was addicted to popsicles, he told me to pour the premiere protien shake in ice trays for a frozen treat.
