PreOp Weigh-in Visit Number 4 Tomorrow

I'm kinda nervous for this visit. I don't weigh myself between visits. This month brought 2 birthday parties,1 senior rec party, senior banquet, a gala ball, graduation, 2 graduation dinners, 2 graduation parties, dinner out with the in-laws dinner out with my family and 3 date nights. It's been crazy hectic. Most of the time eating good healthy choices but these Weigh-in make me so nervous. Only 2 more after this. One more Nut appoontmemt, PreOp consult on the 6th of September, surgery, Lord be willing and no fuss from insurance on the 19th of September.

Good luck to you. I am waiting for insurance approval after 6 months of appointments and classes. Hopefully any day now to get a date! Parties and celebrations will always be a challenge. Hope it is smooth sailing for you from now on!

Woo hoo. Down 4 lbs this month. Total loss since beginning the program in March : 15. Total loss since Jan 2016: 18
