I exercise 6 days a week I don't eat much but I have gain 2 pounds in the past 2 weeks but when I was on vacation for a week I lost 6 pounds and I didn't exercise what am I doing wrong help

when you are home vs vacation, what does your daily caloric deficit look like?

ok. but how many calories did you eat at home and how many when you were on vacation

and how many calories do you burn working out at home and how many on vacation.

you have to know what your calorie deficit looks like to figure out answers.

eating Protein bars all the time doesn't sound like a vacation to me! yikes. I hope you get more variety in your food at home.

On vacation I got in 600 calories at the most but at home 800 at the gym I walking and run on the treadmill 2 miles and then I work my arms out one day and then the next day I do legs but I make sure I do 2miles on the treadmill a day

I would think 600-800 calories would be way to low to be working out.

      Just been waiting until time for my consult with my bariatric surgeon. It's scheduled for Jan 9th. Turns out I won't actually be seeing him. Apparently it'll be with his P.A.             Not sure what to expect. I thought this is where the surgeon would discuss the best surgery option for me. For years I had my heart set on the sleeve, but I've read so many people have issues with reflux - even if they've never had it before - that they've had to be revised to the bypass. I already deal with GERD & take 40 mg of Omeprazole daily, so I started studying about bypass and honestly, it seems like it might be the better choice for me. How can we discuss surgery options if the surgeon is not there?
      What happened at your first consult? Trying to get an idea of what to expect, or maybe I should say, what NOT to expect.
