GSleeve822 394 Posted June 22, 2016 Probably a bad start to your new life. Make a fruit smoothie Protein shake.. sometimes I'll do the injury chocolate splendor Protein powder with ice and a half a banana or frozen strawberries. It's better for your body then icecream Sent from my SM-G930T using the BariatricPal App
cindyw41 761 Posted June 22, 2016 My first thought.. The sugar content will make you sick. (I tried ice cream at 5 months out and it made me sick and I didn't have a lot of it) Second thought.. There are tons of recipes out there that mimic the real deal. Try looking up some Protein ice cream or Protein shake ideas. 3rd thought., at Wendy's they have the $1 sized frostys and my bet is that you'll have 1 or 2 bites and be done. Shaydi.Laine 237 Posted June 22, 2016 I would skip it entirely. Grab a yogurt or at least stick with carb smart ice cream. Give it a few minutes to melt a little then whip it up to soft serve consistency yourself. Getting past the cravings is a huge part of the battle. Don't give in!
