@ glamam it ended up being ~15 lbs. I had lost 9.5 between orientation and meeting (10 days between the two) and he said 5 more lbs

Yay! My surgery date is December 19! I go on the 29th for the two preop classes and physical (this all seems a little redundant) I did 4 BL classes and a nut class already

Does anyone know if everyone has to attend the Option classes? Or what the requirements are for them? I met with Dr. Baggs and have my psych appt at the end of the month. I'm at goal weight right now so I'm just focusing on continuing to lose.

@@necarv usually you have to take those classes before they book you to see the surgeon and psych. As long as your at goal and you pass the psych evaluation then your usually good to go. I struggled with losing weight so I had to take the lifestyle classes, do the psych eval and then I saw the surgeon.

I have my psych eval tomorrow and am so nervous. I am below goal right now...I guess if I pass tomorrow I should move on to the case manager. Getting nervous/excited.

Hello All,

I am going through Kaiser Fresno, but live in Tracy, CA! I have psyche and surgeon appts 11/28/16 and Nutrition on 11/29/16. I've been using the Bariatstic app to record my food and it sync with my fitbit. Hope ya'll are doing well!
