Wonderwoman516 10 Posted June 23, 2016 @@Shaunie I was down 6 pounds this morning after 2 days. I'm sure it's Water and whatever, but it feels grrrrrrrrreat!
anniebanana 167 Posted June 23, 2016 @@Shaunie You don't get anything solid though, do you? I get one Lean Cuisine per day, so it probably won't be as dramatic a weight loss as yours. I've heard people lose up to 15 pounds when it's an all liquid 2 day diet. Or yeah, your body is in shock
Shaunie 123 Posted June 23, 2016 @@anniebanana I get 1cup of cooked vegetables or vegetable Soup and 2 fruits 4 to 5 Protein Shakes which is only 6ozs. Can't forget snack...sugee free pop or jello!!! LACRACRA2 58 Posted June 25, 2016 I am day 4 and down 7.2 lbs. I am all liquid with 1/4 cup fruit a day and dill pickles and broth. Day one and two killed me and my head. Day 3 seemed such a breeze that I only had 3 shakes!!!! Today so far I am having a little bit of hunger pains but I think it's because it's the weekend and the weekend is when I don't get in all my Water in take. Shaunie 123 Posted June 25, 2016 Yay!!! I'm on day 6 and I do notice the further in the less hungry I am. I till have a little bit of a headache, but I'm thinking it has nothing to do with caffeine. I've had horrendous allergies this week :'( We are almost there!!!!
♥♥AMY♥♥ 14 Posted June 25, 2016 It's been about a month and a half since I quit all sodas and drinks with heavy sugars (Arizonas, Minute Maid juices etc). I have cut my coffee intake to about one cup a day. But, I love my coffee and lots of Creamer in it. Giving up sodas before coffee help eased the caffeine headaches. When I got headaches I drank Water it helped big time. This week my goal is 3 cups a week.
saphfyre14 97 Posted June 25, 2016 @@saphfyre14, My first two days I had a bad Migraine, but it does ease up. Hang in there!! I still have that buzzing feeling in my head hoping the 4th day is the charm. When are you having surgery? Which surgery are you having? I recently moved back from florida about a year and a 1/2 ago I'm having the gastric sleeve June 28th, yes headaches have seemed to ease. I have to admit day 3 I did eat a pizza roll. Only one but this has been very rough. Almost there 2 more days..lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G900A using the BariatricPal App
