Had surgery on the 16th went home the next day with a drain tube which hurts likes crazy comes out Thursday walking helps with gas a lot good luck EV!!!! Have no taste for food at all just want Water but I know Protein is very important give me some suggestions on how to get it in please

Premier Protein RTD shakes - they have 5.5g of Protein per ounce. Isopure RTD has 4g of protein per ounce.

I have also started mixing GENEPRO into broth and strained Soup - I end up with 30g of protein in 8 oz of Soup, which I can drink in less than an hour.
