tholbert08 51 Posted June 22, 2016 Just looked at the bang for my buck with Advocare and the meal replacement shakes are 22-24 gms of Protein each depending upon the flavor. Gonna try that and see how that satisfies me. I know now it will be a booger but gotta try to start ramping down on calories. leebick 448 Posted June 22, 2016 I use Syntrax Nectar made with Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk. The nectar is whey Protein isolate and mixes completely with the almond milk. Nectar is no fat, no carb, 100 calories a scoop and the almond milk is no carb, 30 calories per 8oz, so lower in calories than skim milk. I also make the Nectar with just Water sometimes. Quest chocolate milkshake power is really good too. I am 3 months away from surgery.
