I was out 24 hours after the surgery.... just wore comfy shorts and a T-shirt there and back..... best of luck to you!!! Seagull 140 Posted June 19, 2016 (edited) Tomorrow is my day too... I was told to bring ID, insurance card, cpap machine if I use one. I'm also bringing a phone charger, an extension cord, toothbrush and toothpaste and a baseball cap. Also wearing loose fitting clothes that will make its way back on me when I leave, and a fresh pair of underwear. jane13 2,256 Posted June 19, 2016 @@jhenry126 @@Seagull congrats on your re-birthdays! I may suggest taking a pillow to put against your tummy on the ride home and a lot of folks claimed some kind of lip balm was also a big. make sure all of your prescriptions for post-op is filled. keep us posted!!!! becomingmandikaye 262 Posted June 19, 2016 I brought more than I needed, and I barely brought anything at all. The absolute essentials? Phone & Charger Chapstick Biotene Mouth Rinse (the anesthesia leaves your mouth so dry and you can't drink Water quickly enough to help). Hairbrush Anything else you may or may not use.
