One medium banana 100 calories, 1 Protein 6oz. of low fat greek yogurt 100 calories, 19 grams Protein PB2 3 tbsp 80 calories, 7 grams protein Totals 280 calories, 27 grams of protein and delicious Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
