Protein powder

I was wanting to try something new and make some smoothies/shakes using whey Protein powder and everything I attempt to make taste awful. Just wanted to change it up from premier Protein shakes. Anyone use it?

I use Quest Protein powder.< /p>

GNC sells sample single size packs of every flavor Quest makes.

I use the vanilla shake flavor and enjoy it.

If you go online, some of the manufacturers will send you samples of their products--some for a fee, and some for just shipping and handling.

I usually just use water. I know some people add the sugar free flavorings (like davinci syrup), or even PB2.< /p>

I generally mix mine with skim milk or light vanilla soy milk. I use vanilla flavored and then add different flavors. (a friend who had the sleeve 2 years go told me about doing this) I have made root beer flavored and cherry. I also add a little ice to make it a little thicker. I wanted to try some other flavors but I am trying to not have shakes anymore.

sometimes I use espresso powder, sometimes I use pb powder, and sometimes half a banana in a chocolate shake made with fairlife milk.
