Major gas

I am 6 months post op and everything I eat turns to gas usually I cannot even hold it in. I am so embarrassed and it stops me from doing normal activities. Any help with this?

Is it possible you have IBS or lactose intolerance or any other digestive disorder? Are you eating carbs like bread, Pasta, rice, potatoes, starchy veggies, fruits, flour or sugar? Those things ferment and cause gas.

Just throwing out some things to consider.

I did a shake diet last year and drinking all the milk did the exact same thing to me, I swapped to almond milk and now soy milk and I haven't had an issue since, I would think therealmelishere might be correct!
