I'm 7 weeks post op and I'm out for dinner for the first time! What are some healthy, great places you all like to eat at?

I can find something just about anywhere. Most places will have a salad but sometimes I just get an appetizer. My favorite places are sushi places. I get sashimi alacarte.

I can go anywhere! I just look at menus online first and figure out which small plate or starter would be best.

If all else fails, a side salad with a Protein add on is best.

A Shrimp cocktail, petite sirloin or steak (take some home cause it's too much), baked fish or chicken

You can get them just about anywhere

Thank you! I went w grilled bourbon chicken and a side of zucchini! And have lunch and then some for tomorrow! Lol
