NYSuperDuck 77 Posted June 21, 2016 @@KristenLe No - but I think I am going to make one. I don't want to start off on the wrong foot. I have a heart condition and was seeing their nutritionist during preop stuff so I didn't have to see the one at the bariatric clinic. Good idea if you really feel confused, but remember that the point of the diet is to shrink your liver. So do your best, stay away from fatty stuff, and don't stress. I think a lot fewer people are actually "perfect" on their pre-surgery diet than those who claim to have been. I sure wasn't and I still lost about 18 lbs. before surgery. But seriously, do try your best because an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. Good luck on your surgery!
