I am on day 11 and I want lie I feel awful feel like my body is shutting down I am on the edge so moody it's been so so hard I have a family to cook for all meals and to have to cook it and smells it and watch them eat have been so very hard they have been super supportive but they have to eat lol I cried yesterday when I got them subway but we can do this mind over matter u got this one tip for you on day 5 I finally learned how to enjoy broth it helped me at night to feel like I was eating with my family
