I am starting to walk more today and will increase Water intake. I am having fun fitting into some clothes I haven't worn in years. I can't wait to hear about your big loss that is coming soon! I KNOW I'm eating right (although I do need to exercise more, but I've got a torn rotator cuff that's holding me back) and I KNOW I'm going to be a success at this, but the little voice that I hate is whispering in my ear that I'm going to fail at this just like I always failed at reaching goal at Weight Watchers, or Jenny Craig, or whatever I tried. I hear that little voice because mine says the same thing. I used to be really good at losing and even better at gaining. Then as I got heavier and heavier and older, I couldn't lose like I used to and I wanted a tool to help with the rest of my life. I am going to be successful and you are too, along with others who are serious about making a long term change. I just turned 59 and am determined to not be the old fat lady in family pictures. (This is a salad for my whole family, not just for me ) Tomatoes and fresh basil from the garden, fresh mozzarella (which is lower in cals than most cheese, and high in protein) - drizzled with avocado oil and topped with salt and pepper. So delicious and filling! I can eat 2 slices of Tomato and 2 small slices of fresh mozz in 1 sitting and I'm FULL.
