albare1978 22 Posted June 15, 2016 Anyone feel like they are freezing on their liquid diet? Ever since I started the diet (I'm on day 6). I can't get warm. I don't know if it's the fluids being cold or if it's the lack of solids. Just wondering if I was the only one. SuperDave 1,115 Posted June 15, 2016 I don't remember being cold when I was on the liquid diet, but since I hit my goal weight I am always freezing! It is a strange feeling, since I don't remember ever being cold my entire life. That just isn't a problem here in Arizona. On the bright side, it is nice not being sweaty all the time, and I look forward to the savings on my air conditioning bills this summer! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

reachbree 140 Posted June 15, 2016 YES!!!! this is interesting however the weather has quickly changed here in the past week, its been pretty cool and windy here and freezing at night. so I dont know if its just me or just the fact that our weather has moved to been cool.
