I am sure it isn't new, but what a way to get your Protein in! pancake mix - 25g vanilla Protein powder - 1 egg - 1 tsp baking powder - 2tbsp Water - Canola oil spray for cooking Served with 2 tbsp sugar free maple Syrup 181 Calories 5.8g Fat 6g Carbs 27.6g Protein * I used Maxine's burn Protein Powder This was super filling and so yum.
