Stitch type pain

I am 11 weeks post sleeve and for the last few weeks I've been getting stitch type pain on and off on my left side under my ribs as well as shoulder tip pain ..... It's annoying me a lot I haven't had much pain until now ... Has anyone else had this ?

Check with doc. I was told upper left shoulder pain could be escaping gas.
