Day ten and feeling pretty good. I walked ten minutes tonight , not at my old pace but I walked. Still trying to get more Water in and Protein. I ordered from powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury some sample packs of Protein. The chicken Soup one was very good! I was surprised. I would rather have that than the broth. I also bought the unflavored to add to my other Soups. Again, not bad. Tonight my darn dog ate my dinner when I was outside! It takes a while to get down all this Fluid but I keep trying. Next time I will not leave my protein packed Soup unguarded. .

@@redgoddess I love the unflavored Unjury. I add to coffee, salsa to put on scrambled eggs, yogurt to bump up the protein...excellent stuff!
