Hello all! I haven't been on this forum very much at all, which is probably to my detriment. I have regained half of what I lost. Now, one of the main reasons for this is I had twins almost two years ago. I was pushed to eat as much as I physically could in order to maintain a healthy pregnancy. It was worth it. I love my girls and they were born premature, I can't imagine them being any smaller than they were, but here I am, 210 pounds and frustrated and feeling hopeless.

My surgeon that did my surgery is kind of useless. I don't know if I should be looking into revision or if I am even a candidate for that? Are there any veterans out here that can provide some guidance?

Does this work? I have seen it but didn't know if it actually made any difference.

Skip the pouch test, try the 5 Day meat Test instead. Much more satisfying and in my experience a lot more effective!

Be sure to explore the "Instructions" and "Sample Menu" tabs at the top of the linked home page for the Meat Test as well.

I would give the reset and following the bariatric food plan a try before consulting about a possible revision.

either way though, YOU CAN DO THIS! and we will be right here to encourage you along the way. stick around!

Thank you all for the replies, I am starting the five day pouch test tomorrow. However, if anyone could point me in the right direction of how to fix this.. I don't get any email or notification when someone responds to my post!! Does the app work well for the iPhone?
