Types of exercise I could choose from: I have been doing 30 minutes on the treadmill every morning. I have just started riding my bike with my son. Have to say it makes my butt hurt. lol

I finished out the challenge today with a 40 minute walk. That puts me at 28/21 days of mindful exercise!

Congrats to all of us who have gotten moving. I think it makes a huge difference in how I feel and in the weight loss. What's the October challenge Band Chick?

Yeah! I finished the challenge and exceeded it by one! I went out of town this weekend to visit some friends, but made sure that I got my walking in!!
