Hello. I'm July 27th and when I got my surgery date it seemed so far away (I got it the beginning of June) but when I blinked we are in July and it's just a month away!

July 5th was mine! I just came home today. It will be here so quickly. I was nervous too. I think it's normal. Good luck to you on your journey.

26 lbs down in almost 2 months...some days I feel like a slow loser....then other days I look at it this way....that I could never lose that much weight in that amount of time.

The scale moves quicker when I really watch my Protein...some days its hard though.

July 26 for me. Sw: 213 cw: 179 gw: 125 I can seem to get away from 180. I workout but God it's hard and the scale won't move.
