Hi everyone,

I am having RNY next Thursday and my husband has to go out of town for work the following Monday. Will I be OK taking care of myself at this point? What should I be worried about? Complications?

I was alone on Day 3. You will be fine. Just have to rest, walk and sip.

You'll be ok. You have to get up and walk anyway. I was alone from day 3 on.

Agreed. I had an extra night hospital stay and was still fine by day 3.
