When I'm choosing a Protein Bar in a local store, what should I be looking for on the label?

Make sure it isn't full of sugar would be my advice. The bars I buy contain 185 calories, 20g Protein, 5g carbs and 1g sugar.

The shake of the same brand has more Protein and half the calories, so I do try to have a shake rather than a bar, but sometimes you want to chew!

Have you tried Quest Bars? My Nut prefers these. They are very good.
