I've only tried premier. They're ok. They have a banana one now that's not bad. I always freeze them til they're slushy which makes them better in my opinion.

My favorite is Quest Protein shakes. They taste delicious. My favorite is the vanilla milkshake flavor. I bought the salted caramel flavor too and it was delicious as well but its not one I can do every day. I plan on tasting some of the other flavors they have. I do drink the vanilla and chocolate premiers as well.

Premier Protein chocolate for ready to drink. For powder, I like Precision Engineered whey Protein Isolate - chocolate and Vanilla are both great. Number of shakes depends on how many grams in the drink you are using and how far out you are from surgery. The further you get, you should be able to decrease the shakes as you get more protein from your food. I am 1 year post-op in 2 days and I still drink 1 per day.
