That yogurt and shower will probably make you feel like a million bucks!! I had spinal surgery in November and couldn't shower for almost 6 weeks!! Once I could finally shower and wash my oily hair I felt sooooo much better!!

Yes it felt wonderful! I have an open drain wound and six other stitched wounds that have to stay dry so it was not a conventional shower but I feel so good now! Thanks for your support!
